Slightly Peated Sherry Cask Marriage

Casey Overeem, our founding distiller, would occasionally add a small amount of peated malt to his mash bill. This would add subtle variations to the whisky, influencing texture, viscosity, flavour & finish.
While being more pronounced in this Limited Release than our core range whiskies, this 'Slightly Peated' Sherry Cask Marriage displays the Overeem signature of quality and deserves to be contemplated & celebrated.

Apricots, peaches and roasted almonds make way for a subtle floral smokiness. Pipe tobacco and lightly cured meats.

Candied orange peel, leather and salty sherry notes shine through at the front to mid-palate where it meets a lovely earthy plume of smoke.

Marmalade with a hint of hazelnuts, salty Tasmanian highland smoke with an elegant long finish.
