In 2018 we journeyed to the heart of the Barossa Valley, in search of a cask worthy of marking a milestone. Amidst the rolling vineyards and storied cooperates we found a barrel steeped in character and provenance.
Carefully selected, broken down and meticulously recoopered, this cask was prepared for a singular purpose.
Now after years of patient maturation, Cask 1000 is ready. A celebration of craft, place and legacy bottled in tribute to the journey that brought us here.
